What should I include in a first enquiry?
Whatever you have: architectural drawings, a sketch, photographs of an existing building, or just the location and what you want to build. Zenith Engineering will tell you what engineering the project needs, roughly what it costs, and what to do first — usually within a few days.
Which office should I contact?
Either — Zenith Engineering runs both as one practice. Colombo 05 covers the Western Province day to day and Matale covers the Central Province, but projects are staffed from both offices and enquiries reach the same team on (+94) 774 50 45 04 or info@zenithassociates.lk.
Do you give free initial consultations?
The first conversation costs nothing: Zenith Engineering reviews what you send, tells you what scope the project actually needs, and quotes a fee for that scope before any work begins. You will know the price of the engineering before you commit to it.
